Jumpstart Your Practice
You too can spend your four mornings on the mat with me as you cultivate a more independent yoga practice with the tools of Ashtanga Yoga.
The practice of Ashtanga builds both mental and physical strength, increases focus, and can ultimately change your whole life. At least, it has changed mine.
I know it’s my longterm yoga practice that helps me to sit with and act from a centered place in these uncomfortable times. It’s too valuable a tool for me to not share it at a time when we need it the most.
Ashtanga is, at its heart, a portable home practice. If you’ve had trouble committing to a regular yoga practice, this course will help you change all that so you can consistently show up for yourself.
At the end of this series, you will no longer be dependant on a teacher or class to practice yoga. I’ll give you all the tools you need to maintain a consistent self-directed, well-balanced yoga practice no matter what’s going on in your life or the world.
We’ll meet on live on Zoom for 90 minutes.
There will be an optional bonus session at the conclusion to discuss how your home practice is progressing. I’ll also troubleshoot any issues that have come up for you.
This program will be limited to 15 students to ensure I’m able to carefully observe you as you learn and provide ample individual feedback to all students. Act fast: Spots are first-come, first-serve.
